I know people have Anxiety, but what is anxiety to you?


I have anxiety there almost like Anxiety Attacks though because when i feel it coming on i can't

control it, it takes over my body and i just shut down. Though they use to be worse when i was

young....cause I think my frist one i ever had was in 7th grade and it freaked me out. I didn't want

to leave my moms side i followed her everywhere....I guess I was scared something was going to

happen to her, now that I'm older and have gone through about 12 anxiety attacks or more they

feel different then when I was young but I'm still having them....so if you have anxiety or what I call

Anxiety Attacks and you need someone to talk to and knows what it feels like you can talk to me.




No one can get through anything unless they fight!!!
